Q.Do you deliver and set up the camper?
A.Yes! We deliver, provide professional setup, and pickup the camper for you so it's ready to enjoy when you arrive. Delivery fees apply and pricing depends on Location.
Q.What is included with the camper rental?
A.Our campers come equipped with basic amenities such as air conditioning, heating, kitchen appliances, bathroom facilities and sleeping accommodations. Campers are stocked with most essentials such as (towels, plates, coffee maker, coffee etc.). Renters should plan to bring their own shower soap and bedding if the bedding package was not purchased. Specific amenities vary by camper.
Q.Can I tow the camper myself?
A.No. We only offer delivery, professional setup and pickup.
Q.What time is check -in and check-out?
A.Check-in and check-out times vary by reservation and location. We will provide all details the day before your rental begins. Check-out time is no later than 11am, no exceptions.
Q.Can I rent a camper for festivals, hunting trips, or special events?
A.Absolutely! Our campers are perfect for festivals, family reunions, hunting trips, weddings and of course weekend getaways.
Q.Are golf carts available separately from camper rentals?
A.Yes! Our golf carts can be rented with or without a camper rental, subject to availability.
Q.What are the camper rental restrictions?
A.To ensure out campers remain clean, safe, and enjoyable for all guests, the following restrictions apply:
* No smoking or vaping inside the camper.
* No pets allowed.
* No use of the awning.
*Campers may be parked near beaches but not permitted on the beach itself.
*Campers may not be moved, relocated, or towed.
*Occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
*Renters are responsible for any damages that occur during the rental period.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional cleaning fees, damage charges, or forfeiture of the security deposit.
Q.What payments do you take?
A.Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q.What is the age requirement to rent a camper or golf cart?
A.Renters must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. The person signing the rental agreement is responsible for the camper or golf cart during the duration of the rental period.
Q.Do you require a deposit?
A.Yes, all orders require a 35% Credit Card deposit to book your reservation. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 7 days prior to your rental date. If you cancel after 7 days prior to your rental you will forfeiture your deposit. In some instances, approved by the owner a rain check can be given and that is good for 1 year.
Q. Can I extend my rental if I need more time?
A.Yes! If the camper or golf cart is available, we’re happy to extend your rental. Contact us as soon as possible before your scheduled return time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Additional rental fees will apply.
Q.How far in advance should I book?
A.We recommend booking as soon as you know your dates. Peak seasons and special events fill up quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute rentals when available.
